I'm currently two semesters away from a writing degree and plan on also obtaining a nursing degree (my mind seems to change quite a lot, but i think nursing is final). I've majored in everything under the sun.
I enjoy being a stay at home mom, currently, until the semester starts back up. I am teaching myself how to bake (there are good and bad days, i like to think mostly good. but the vegan banana bread i recently made would beg to differ). I also enjoy reading; i collect classic novels, my favorite book being Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte. If you haven't read it, you're missing out. Read it!
I"m into organic everything and vegan food. I'm vegetarian (five years strong!) and most likely you will see many, many pictures of my meatless creations. I'm more than happy to share recipes or advice!

plus two dogs. a beautiful golden retriever, nanna, whom i love to pieces. and omar, a boxer that puts me through hell on a daily basis. you will most likely see many a post regarding how much i dislike him.
